Take The Hassle Out Of Mooring
easymoor is a new concept in safe mooring for stern to or lateral mooring to a pontoon or quay. It enables a vessel to cast off its mooring and to re-moor without the need for any member of the crew having to leave the boat to either let go or retrieve mooring lines.
When returning to your mooring it can sometimes be difficult to guide your vessel laterally up to the pontoon. The slightest cross wind or unexpected wash can frequently hinder your carefully planned manoeuvre.
The easymoor completely dispenses with such obstacles. Your mooring warps can be left fastened to your cleats or rings on the pontoon. As you leave your mooring the boom can be extended up to 2.5 metres from the quay and the ends of the warps looped onto the retention hooks where they will be held until you return to your mooring.
The booms can be adjusted to suit most vessels so that the warps can be easily reached from the cockpit, thus enabling the crew to manoeuvre the vessel with total control and safety to her moored position.
